CNLinko and Excellence in Industrial Manufacturing
CNLinko, properly Shenzhen Linko Electric Company Ltd, and operating in the United States as CNLinko USA, was founded in 2004 with the vision to lead technology and management in the production of high-quality electrical connectors.
The company has improved the automation industry by leaps and bounds since its inception, has gained over 70 patent certificates, and has been repeatedly recognized for its consistent production of high-quality electrical connectors.
In 2009, the company first attained ISO90001 Certification. In the following year, several CNLinko products formally passed IP67 protection level certification and many passed CE and RoHS certifications that regulate the manufacture of electrical goods in the United States and European Union.
By 2011, the company’s products passed CCC Certification standards (China Compulsory Certification) and in November of that year, the company established a product testing laboratory.
In its 17 years of operation, CNLinko has consistently challenged the waters of innovation and has remained true to its original commitment of taking a customer-centric approach while leading technology by mastering core technology and pursuing continuous innovation.
Today, the company employs a team of 120 research and development specialists and has leveraged modern production equipment to perfect advanced production processes in its 6,000 square meter facility that produces more than 20,000 CNLinko sets daily.
What CNLinko Produces
CNLinko produces a wide range of industrial connectors that are used in a number of different industries as well. Most of the products they manufacture can be organized into one of four categories: power connectors, signal connectors, data connectors, or wire harnesses. These industrial connectors serve a number of different industries, including but not limited to the energy industry, automation, communication, security, stage and LED lighting, and much more.
What Is the Function of Industrial Connectors?
Industrial connectors are all joined by one overarching function: to transmit data, signals, or power from an electrical cabinet to an appliance or switch, from which they can be distributed across a network.
The nature of the environment in which the appliance or equipment is used must dictate what sort of electrical connector should be used. Since connections are vulnerable points within electrical infrastructure, they must be protected variously against sunlight, corrosive agents, moisture, weather, and much more, again, depending on the needs of a specific environment.
CNLinko produces electrical connectors that are diversely suited to the needs of many unique and demanding environments.
What Types of Industrial Connectors Does CNLinko Sell?
Here at Products for Automation, we sell a number of different CNLinko connectors, including the following.
- DH-20
CNLinko DH-20 industrial connectors are power and signal connectors that have a military-grade standard screw locking mechanism. These 20mm connectors are available in 2 to 12 gold-plated copper alloy pin connectors and feature a red-colored metal housing.
These connectors are IP65 and IP67 rated against water and dust ingress and are made with protective alloys that shield against external electromagnetic interference (EMI) including radio interference.
- DH-24
They are also protected against EMI and radio signal interference and are color coded with red, green, blue, and yellow options.
- LP-20
CNLinko’s 20mm LP-20 electrical connectors feature a multi-core, 2 to 12-pin design with a plastic housing and metal hardware. They provide protection against EMI and radio interference and feature a self-locking mechanism.
These industrial connectors, which can be used for power and signal applications, are corrosion resistant and highly stable, resisting high pressure, temperature, and more.
- LP-24
CNLinko’s 24mm LP-24 electrical connectors feature multiple connection configurations, including power, RJ45, USB, and fiber optic. These are color-coded, with red being used for power, yellow for RJ45, blue for USB, and green for fiber optic.
They are IP65 and IP67 rated and feature a snap-fastener, self-locking design to protect the connections.
- YM-20
YM-20 20mm electrical connectors are used for power and signal applications and feature 2 to 12-pin designs. The plugs have plastic housings and utilize ¼ turn bayonet twist locks that enable quick, easy, secure connections.
They are dustproof, feature either an IP65 or IP67 rating, and are fire, compression, deformation, and explosion resistant.
- YT-RJ45
YT-RJ45 round and circular connectors are used for signal applications and feature multiple housing and lock styles, including both plastic and metal bayonet couplings, self-locking configurations, and quick plug and unplug options.
They are suitable for use in harsh environments and feature both waterproof and non-waterproof designs with electroplated shells that are wind and rain resistant and also EMI resistant.
- YU-USB
We also sell CNLinko YU-USB industrial connectors, which are used for USB 2.0 and 3.0 plug and socket connections. They are easy to install and operate and can be used to create quick, secure connections that are suitable for data transmission in harsh environments. They are made from high-performance engineered plastics and feature zinc alloy and copper shell construction with silica gel protection as well as bayonet connections that are secure and stable.
