CNLinko, officially Shenzhen Linko Electric Co., Ltd., was established in 2004 with the aim of researching, designing, and developing high-quality industrial electrical connectors.

In that time, the company has rapidly grown into a corporation with international recognition that is widely regarded for the quality and consistency of its electrical connectors which are instrumental to automation the world over. Its connectors serve countless clients in industrial automation, energy production, security, communication, LED lighting, and much more.

CNLinko, over the course of its two decades of history, has developed countless specialized industrial connectors, been awarded 70 patents, has achieved ISO 9001 Certification, and in 2020, was recognized for passing the “AAA Credit Enterprise” appraisal.

But company history aside, CNLinko is chiefly known for the quality of the electrical connectors it produces. Though they produce a wide range of other electrical connectors, the ones you can find here at Products for Automation are listed below.

DH-20 Series Connectors

CNLinko’s DH-20 Series Electrical Connectors feature 20mm connectors with red coloring for easy identification.

These connectors feature 2 to 12 pin designs, with a screw-type locking system and a metal housing which protects the connectors and helps shield them against interference. Available in a wide range of configurations, they are suitable for power and signal transfer applications.

The metal shells of these waterproof connectors are also dustproof and abrasion-resistant, and the pins themselves are gold-plated copper pins that resist corrosion and deliver excellent conductivity for long-lasting performance.

DH-24 Series Connectors

DH-24 connectors, like DH-20 connectors, feature metal housings with color-coding to make it easy to identify them. They are all 24mm and are available as power connectors (red), RJ45 connectors (yellow), USB (blue), and fiber optics connectors (green).

Also, like the DH-20 series, they feature a screw-type locking mechanism, and these are suitable for power, signal, and data transfer. These connectors feature up to 24-pin designs (in pinned models) and are waterproof, dustproof, and abrasion-resistant.

LP-20 Connectors

LP-20 connectors feature a 20mm design and anywhere from 2 to 20 pins. These connectors feature a plastic housing with metal hardware and a self-locking design suitable for power or signal transfer.

These plastic waterproof connectors also have a flexible spring lock between the male plug and the female socket that is easy to manipulate and affords a solid electrical connection. These connectors are made from PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) which is a chemically-resistant, durable thermoplastic.

LP-24 Connectors

LP-24 connectors are like LP-20 connectors except they are available in 3-pin, RJ45, fiber optic, and USB configurations (all 24mm). Like DH-24 connectors, LP-24 connectors are color-coded - red (3-pin), yellow (RJ45), green (fiber optic), and blue (USB).

They are also waterproof (IP67/IP68) and are resistant to UV radiation as well as fire. The pin-power connectors feature gold plating for superior current transfer and corrosion resistance, and LP-24 connectors feature a similar automatic locking mechanism to the LP-20 connectors.

YM-20 Connectors

YM-20 connectors are 20mm pinned power and industrial electrical connectors that are available in 2 to 12 pin configurations.

They are waterproof and sealed, featuring similar PBT construction to the LP-20 connectors, with the exception that these feature a rotating bayonet locking mechanism instead to secure the cable connectors.

In addition, YM-20 connectors feature anti-moisture and anti-corrosion properties. They’re also rated to withstand UV exposure and flame retardance, meeting UL-94-V-0 standards.

YT-RJ45 Series Connectors

YT-RJ45 connectors are RJ45 ethernet connectors that are available in both square and circular connector configurations. These connectors also feature multiple material designs and construction including metallic and plastic housings. They are suitable for signal applications involved in network signal switching and industrial and mechanical network connections.

YT-RJ45 connectors are waterproof and available with several different locking mechanisms, including bayonet locks, self-locking, and quick lock/unlock configurations.

YU-USB Series Connectors

We also carry CNLinko YU-USB series connectors here at Products for Automation. These connectors are made in configurations compatible with both USB 2.0 and 3.0 plugs and sockets and are suitable for data transfer applications.

They feature bayonet connections and are compatible with optional over-molded plugs. These connectors are waterproof and dustproof, highly flexible and resistant to abrasion and cracking, and feature silver-plated copper conductors to improve data transfer speeds.

Many of the YU-USB series connectors also feature multi-layer shielding which can be crucial in data transfer applications. This feature helps to protect these connectors from the presence of EMI in areas with high levels of competing electrical frequencies.
